- STEP 1: Book an assessment video call to discuss your personal needs and goals
- STEP 2: You will complete a questionnaire with your health and diet habits, with a follow up consultation
- STEP 3: Your nutritionist will create a personalized diet and/or training plan specific to your goals
- STEP 4: Weekly or fortnightly check-ins to see how you are progressing and to make changes when needed
- STEP 5: We will provide you tools and resources to eat nutritionally and sustain good health markers for your future!
